At We’ve Bean, we strive to make receiving your coffee as convenient and seamless as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Delivery Locations:
We deliver your coffee direct to your door! We offer FREE shipping to Perth Metro and paid Australia Post delivery to the rest of Australia.
Order Processing and Dispatch:
Orders received and processed before 5pm Tuesday will be dispatched on the following Friday. This ensures that your freshly roasted coffee is delivered promptly and at its peak freshness.
Delivery Day:
Your delivery will be on its way to your door once dispatched. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, you can expect your shipment to arrive within a reasonable timeframe based on your location and the delivery service selected. Our standard delivery hours are 9am to 4pm. For business customers, if your premises is unattended, re-delivery will be attempted and a fee may be applicable.
Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order is delivered, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know it has arrived safely. For residential clients, you will also receive a photo of the delivery as proof of receipt.
Tracking Your Order:
For Australia Post deliveries, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.

We’ve Bean does not offer refunds or exchanges after delivery due to the nature of the product.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if you have any questions, concerns, receive the wrong product or have issues related to the quality of the product purchased, please contact hello@wevebean.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Exceptions may be made on an individual circumstance at the discretion of We’ve Bean, as we want to make the issue right!
Where postal shipping is involved, a shipping fee may be incurred unless the mistake is the error of We’ve Bean.
